LarpTube is a community video platform at larptube.com.

• Account information, such as username, email address, display name, avatar, login provider, and profile details.
• Content users provide, including uploaded videos, imported YouTube links, titles, descriptions, comments, likes, reports, banners, and channel information.
• Usage data, such as pages viewed, watch progress, library saves, subscriptions, search queries, feature usage, device data, browser data, IP address, timestamps, and security logs.
• Moderation and safety data, including reports, spam signals, rate-limit events, banned words, trust signals, quarantine decisions, and abuse-prevention records.
• Payment, advertising, or support information if those features are offered and a user chooses to use them.

• Provide, operate, personalize, and improve LarpTube.
• Show videos, channels, comments, subscriptions, recommendations, watch history, and library features.
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent spam, detect abuse, enforce our rules, and keep the service secure.
• Process reports, moderate content, respond to support requests, and communicate service updates.
• Measure performance, diagnose technical issues, and understand aggregate usage trends.
• Display or measure ads where advertising features are enabled.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, creators, and LarpTube.

Some LarpTube features may use YouTube API Services to retrieve public video metadata or, with a user's permission, connect a YouTube channel. If a user connects a Google or YouTube account, we only request the access needed for the feature being used. We may store the connected channel ID, video IDs, video metadata, thumbnails, import status, authorization status, and settings such as whether new YouTube uploads should be imported automatically.

LarpTube's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Users can also revoke LarpTube's Google access through Google security settings.

• Public content, profiles, channels, comments, likes, and video metadata may be visible to other users and visitors.
• Service providers may process information for hosting, storage, analytics, security, email, moderation, ads, or support.
• Information may be disclosed if required by law, legal process, security needs, or to protect users and the platform.
• Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of directly exchanging it for money.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide LarpTube, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce rules, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Some public or moderation records may remain after account deletion when needed for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

• Users can update profile information from account settings where available.
• Users can delete or edit their own content where product features allow.
• Users can use in-product controls to remove content or disconnect integrations where those controls are available.
• Users who connected Google or YouTube can revoke access in LarpTube settings, if available, or from Google's permissions page.

LarpTube is not intended for children under 13. Users must not use LarpTube if they are under the age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction.

LarpTube may process and store information in countries other than where a user lives. By using the service, users understand that information may be transferred and processed where our systems and service providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or another appropriate method.
