Terms of Service and EULA

By accessing or using LarpTube, users agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and any additional rules shown in the product.

Users must be legally able to agree to these Terms and must meet the minimum age required in their location. LarpTube is not intended for children under 13.

• Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under their accounts.
• Account information must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or organization.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or harm the service.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, post, submit, or import. By providing content to LarpTube, a user grants LarpTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, perform, distribute, promote, and adapt that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.

Users represent that they have all rights and permissions needed to post their content and that the content does not violate law, third-party rights, these Terms, or the Community Guidelines.

If a user posts, imports, embeds, or links a YouTube video, the user remains responsible for ensuring they have the right to share that video on LarpTube. YouTube is a separate service governed by its own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

• Uploading content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
• Posting illegal, exploitative, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, or deceptive content.
• Spam, scams, malware, phishing, automated abuse, credential harvesting, or attempts to manipulate platform systems.
• Evading bans, rate limits, moderation decisions, security controls, or account restrictions.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, disrupting, overloading, or probing the service except as allowed by law.
• Using LarpTube to violate another platform's terms or to distribute content without required permission.

We may review, remove, restrict, demonetize, quarantine, label, or refuse to distribute content. We may also limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

LarpTube grants users a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the service for personal or authorized creator purposes. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit the platform software except as permitted by these Terms or law.

LarpTube may display ads, sponsorships, promoted content, or other monetization features. We may change, disable, or limit monetization options at any time. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, users are not entitled to revenue from LarpTube.

LarpTube is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of content, specific audience reach, monetization, rankings, recommendations, or continued access to any feature.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LarpTube and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content arising from use of the service.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LarpTube and its operators harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their content, account activity, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms or change the service. Continued use after changes become effective means the user accepts the updated Terms. Users may stop using LarpTube at any time.
